Nice to e-meet you!

I’m a business and lifestyle PA/VA specialist with more than 18 years of PA, Admin and Secretarial experience in the UK and overseas and I was a finalist of the VA of the Year Awards 2022! 

My clients vary from Life and Executive Business Coaches, Personal Trainers, Wellbeing Coaches and Business Consultants to Operations Engineers. 

My secretarial career started in 2001 in the Maritime Industry and from 2015 to 2021 I worked in the Food & Beverage industry. I then decided to start up my own Virtual PA/VA business. 

After graduating from a business start up programme, I went on to help start ups and existing businesses with marketing, rebranding etc. I have held Certifications in Business Administration, Secretariat & PA Science since 2001. 

I am HMRC and ICO registered and am covered by Professional Indemnity, Public Liability & Cyber Insurance. 

I am based in Greater Manchester.
